He was called ‘spud’ due to his height. But he can dunk when he was only 5’3’’. There is a story of his dunk. A white student scorned for Webb’s dunk and bet with Webb. When the competition began, the field was tightly packed with students and teachers. Webb dunked perfectly without any hesitation. He became the shortest Dunk King for his amazing springing in Allstar Dunk Contest 1986.
